About the Function

Our team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier.

Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.

We are one team with the supply operation and have a plenty of occasions to understand the business focus areas and get business insights on sourcing, production or logistics.

About the Role

  • Partner with business units FP&A Teams (e.g., Scotch FP&A Team) and functions (e.g., Inventory Planning, Procurement) to drive business cash performance through the provision of financial/business expertise and insights, whilst owning the delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment

  • Partner with senior level internal partners as well as peers, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely working capital and cash reporting, respond to ad-hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planning

  • Partner with In-market Finance and Regional team on productivity and strategic projects.

  • Support the broader FP&A team, coach and coordinate them on Operating Working Capital and Cash Flows (OWC-OCF)

  • Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market.

  • Deliver monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck/supporting files for the related review meetings

  • Challenge forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partners, support improvements in the accuracy of the same

About You

  • Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business

  • Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred

  • 5-6 years’ experience in relevant area

  • Strong financial / commercial analysis background, proven ability to communicate with partners at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures

  • Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making

  • Fluent English knowledge
