StaffBuffalo is currently seeking a dedicated Fabrication Manager, offering a salary of up to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, for an esteemed manufacturing company. As the Fabrication Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, overseeing a dedicated team and managing various facets of the fabrication process. From meticulous planning to ensuring superior quality control, your hands-on approach and keen eye for detail will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities: * Hands-on management of daily and weekly work schedules, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. * Conduct thorough inspections of finished products, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the fabrication process. * Maintain meticulous control over stock levels, overseeing procurement and storage to meet production demands and ensure all fabrication equipment is in optimal working condition. * Train and mentor staff to foster a skilled and cohesive team, emphasizing quality and efficiency in their work. * Manage in-house paperwork and documentation related to fabrication processes. * Strategize and plan on-site installations, coordinating seamlessly with other departments. * Oversee and manage all aspects of the fabrication shop, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. * Willingness to step in and perform fabrication tasks during peak demands, leading by example.

Requirements: * 5+ years of proven experience in a fabrication/manufacturing leadership role, with a focus on hands-on management. * Extreme attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and other relevant computer applications. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex tasks effectively. * Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute tasks within specified timelines.
