Job Description:

Serves as a member of the HR team, with responsibility for the delivery of human resources programs and services in support of Kaleida strategic initiatives and principles. The Sr. HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management is designated service lines. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Acts as a liaison to site management to ensure HR processes and requirements are completed timely and accurately. Provides advice and consultation to management on HR related issues.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required in Human Resources, Business or similar field. Masters degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business, or similar field. 5 years of experience in professional level Human Resources position is required. NYS Drivers License upon hire required.
