We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Account Management sales team. Ideal candidates will have some sales experience, preferably in an inbound/outbound call center, along with excellent speaking abilities, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth. salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Make 85-100 outbound calls daily
Maintain an aggressive sales approach
Follow a set series of scripted call guidelines on every call
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Build a lead pipeline from existing account referrals
Consistently secure new business through prospecting
Partner with Distributors to increase sales pipelines
Utilize sales skills and provided solutions to recover accounts and increase profitability
Upsell repair services and new or refurbished equipment
Use a custom Sales CRM database to maintain account status and ensure required contact rotations
Be proficient with computers and type at least 30 WPM
