JOB REQUIREMENTS: Vocational Direct Care Provider (Burlington) A. Supervise and work with assigned crew/line to ensure quality products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner according to customer and supervisor\'s directives and specifications. B. Provide crew/line with clearly stated or modeled directions and expectations. C. Train crew/line in appropriate work habits and skills necessary to fulfill expectations. D. Adapt and modify workstations/jobsite to maximize potential and minimize functional limitations related to crew/line success and efficiency. E. Work in partnership with the Careers Case Manager to assure that FS/AI participants are receiving services that maximize his/her potential. F. Exercise a flexible/positive approach and attitude toward scheduling and formation of crew/line. G. Monitor environment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. H. Maintain accurate records as assigned to meet department and customer requirements. I. Provide operational recommendations, concerns, crew/line or customer information and communications to the FS Supervisor. J. Maintain acceptable attendance rating. K. Maintain positive/acceptable interaction standards with all agency/customer employees and visitors. L. Provide routine first aid according to policy. M. Exercise data entry skills necessary to maintain accurate customer and department information as needed. N. Represent the department in committees and meetings as assigned. O. Provide assistance with personal cares and medication supervision as needed. P. Conduct participant training sessions in a professional manner that engages participants and teaches new skills.
