We are currently hiring a Temporary Full-Time Memb ership Advisor based in our Member Contact Centre . This role is a contract till end of September 2024.

As Membership Advisor you’re part of the Member-facing team that delivers exceptional Member experiences every time. You are a membership professional who will create lasting relationships with BCAA Members through consultation, support, and sales of BCAA products.

Who you are

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You’re an analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.

  • A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with a team that is passionate about igniting unparalleled Member loyalty.

  • Sell BCAA memberships and entitlement products such Trip Tiks (auto travel route planning), maps, tour books and camp guides.

  • Renew BCAA memberships by reviewing current coverages and making recommendations.

  • Cross-sell products and develop business leads for the future.

  • Process payments and documents.

What you bring:

  • Completion of Grade 12

  • Minimum three-months experience in a sales or service environment

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office 365

The hourly rate range for this position is $19.92 to $24.90  and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 10%, with the opportunity to earn up to 17%.
