Your Purpose:

Are you ready to take the reins of financial management and drive success across our UK operations? We're seeking a Finance Manager to masterfully handle the financial period end close, own the free cash flow model, and deliver keen analytical insights into our balance sheet.

What You'll Do:

  • Orchestrate Financial Close : Lead the financial period end close for all UK companies, ensuring precision and timeliness.

  • Conduct Cash Flow Magic : Take charge of the free cash flow model and liquidity forecasts, providing crystal-clear analyses to steer our financial strategy.

  • Partner with Key Teams : Collaborate closely with the Western Europe FLT and the EMEA & APAC consolidation team, offering vital insights that drive our business forward.

  • Month-End : Dive into a whirlwind of deliverables during the first two weeks of each month, working full-time to meet our high standards.

  • Cash Flow Visionary : Report, forecast, and budget cash flow across Western Europe, significantly enhancing forecasting accuracy and clearly communicating cash flow drivers to the EMEA & APAC leadership team.

  • Reporting Guru : Handle monthly and quarterly reporting, including SEC reporting, to the EMEA & APAC consolidation team.

About You:

  • Excellent knowledge of UK and US GAAP (and IFRS) accounting requirements

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified

  • Strong process and technical accounting background, fully up to speed with all the latest technical accounting

  • standards and developments

  • Excellent Excel modelling abilities with recent experience of complex modelling across a substantial part of a business

  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of an organisation
