The Operations Manager is a key leader for this growing office to oversee and optimize distribution and logistics operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic industry bringing AQUATIC JOY to customers! Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, inventory management and fulfillment activities. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Coordinate the dispatching of delivery driving routes to ensure prompt and proper movement of pool chemical distribution. Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff and commercial drivers including hiring, training and performance management. Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and motivate employees to achieve performance targets. Develop and implement inventory control measures including stock monitoring, cycle counting and reconciliation. Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to minimize challenges with accurate inventory. Collaborate with vendors, carriers and third-party logistics providers to establish effective partnerships. Work closely with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order processing, resolve customer inquiries or complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Support operational needs of the company as identified through daily operations, strategic plan initiatives and operational urgencies. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5 + years operations management experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of distribution processes and inventory management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Motivated and proactive with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
