Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to provide overall management of all Contractor and Subcontractor effort to successfully manage, maintain and accomplish the work in this upcoming program. This person will be the formal face of this program and respresent the client facility through conducting tours and briefings for senior state and national-level leaders; represent the Program at various national level working groups and planning conferences; and conduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) levels.
This will be an opportunity to own your program, be the primary interface with customer and have the authority to act on behalf of Zantech, with corporate support. You will lead and execute the planning, management and risk assessment of the full range of activities/responsibilities as it pertains to your program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead, build and grow an effective team to meet/exceed the values of Zantech and our clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10 +years experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise level technology management with minimum 2yrs of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology program.
- OR - Senior level DoD experience is defined as experience as a military field grade officer or above OR as a senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above OR experience as a DoD civilian at a paygrade of GS13 or higher
- OR - Defense Industry Civilian professional with at least 10 years of experience working with Senior level DoD personnel.
The Contractor PM shall be knowledgeable with all associated platform support and hardware of the MuTC – Cyber Program.
Masters degree (in desired field) or equivalent experience.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP),
Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility per contract requirements.
