The company is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Associate to work alongside the sales team to assist in fostering client relationships, proactively addressing customer needs, handling administrative aspects of the sales process and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and resourceful with a desire to learn the IT industry. Role Responsibilities • Collaborate with the sales team members to understand the customer's requirements and objectives. • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and preferences. • Collect and maintain all relevant details from the customer, including contact information, and any specific requirements or preferences they have expressed. • Utilize pricing guidelines and tools to determine pricing and apply appropriate discounts and/or promotions. • Utilize CRM to create professional and customized quotes. • Review and verify the accuracy of the quotes before sending them to customers. Ensure that all quotes are sent to customers within the agreed-upon timelines. • Enter the order details into the order management system and place orders with vendor, with attention to accuracy and timeliness. • Communicate with Account Executives and customers, as necessary, to provide order tracking and details. • Nurture strong relationships with manufacturers by maintaining open communication, addressing any issues or concerns, and seeking opportunities for collaboration and process improvements. • Cross-train on quoting/processing maintenance renewals, as necessary. • Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service. • Solid problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with MS Office. Ability to learn CRM software and other sales tools. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to perform under pressure. • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
