Description
Are you passionate about finance, numbers, and chasing down every dollar? We have an exciting opportunity for you. Our team is on the hunt for a meticulous, dedicated, and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to become a crucial part of our client's energetic and innovative financial squad.
Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from banks.
Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments, and reconciling transactions.
Summarizes and maintains accounts receivable by maintaining invoice accounts and verifying totals.
Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Assist in monthly closing and audits as needed.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field would be advantageous.
