TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio

Description:

Monday-Friday

9:30am-6pm

-Handle calls and emails from parents, guardians, and users of the platform

-80% of day will be email correspondence and 20% will be telephonic calls

-Answer questions pertaining to payment info, student balance, etc.

-Occasionally will answer calls from families whose accounts have been frozen due to missed payments

-Help assist users with uploading money into their accounts

-Assist with password reset help

Skills:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-1 year of call center experience

-MS Office experience
