DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this seasonal position, you will provide clerical and office support for operations at Kings Gap Environmental Education Center. Your position is responsible for front desk customer service duties such as answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and greeting visitors. Your responsibilities will include offering support and guidance to improve visitors' park experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering hospitality services to guests staying overnight, as well as those using the park's conference and training facilities. This role involves aiding the park's Administrative Assistant and other team members with various administrative duties.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Seasonal, full-time employment without benefits. The season runs from March until November at which time the employee is placed on leave without pay. There are no healthcare benefits available and no option to buy into health care benefits through employer. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:
