Responsible for planning, coordination and distribution of products and services from vendors to clients. Ensuring operations are cost effective and timely. Monitor financial aspects of trade transactions and payment terms. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors, distributors and logistics providers. Analyze and monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks. Analyze sales data and forecasts to inform inventory and distribution decisions. Develop and manage budgets for procurement activities and prepare their financial infrastructure. Ensure all trade activities comply with legal and industry regulations. Prepare and manage all necessary trade and shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, etc. Monitor and analyze the performance of trade initiatives and make adjustments as needed. Plan and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service. Organize and monitor storage and distribution of goods, and ensure customer satisfaction. Create and implement best practices for logistics, policies, and processes. Create and implement systems for handling stock levels, quality, and quantity. Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related, plus at least 24 months’ full-time, paid experience as an Online Sales Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Marketing and Distribution Coordinator, Business Development Specialist, or related, plus at least 6 months’ experience in managing online service platforms, and use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software; search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques; e-commerce on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram; application of tools to track and analyze online services and campaigns, such as Google Analytics; e-commerce platforms and processes, including payment gateways, shopping carts, and order fulfillment.
