Strike Lease Operator (Crossfire) in Carthage, Texas
Primary Job Function:
A lease operator works in an oil and gas company. Primarily, track production and pressures for all wells on a specific route and ensures they are working properly. They ensure the substances make it from the wells to the production facilities. Their duties revolve around performing general inspection, maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment replacements. Additionally, they report maintenance, production, health, and safety issues to the production foreman. They also ensure compliance with all health, environmental, and safety regulations and policies while performing their duties.
Furthermore, they record all oil production from each well in the field and provides emergency services.

This job location is in Carthage, Texas
Education/Training:
This job requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least two years of related production experience.

Complies with Crossfire's policies and procedures.
Complies with Crossfire's Drug & Alcohol Policy maintaining favorable drug testing results throughout employment.
Performs job safely with respect to others, property and individual safety.
Works effectively with others to encourage teamwork and productivity.
Eligible to work in the United States.
