A large gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST - Gameplay Capture Pipeline Producer to join a team that maintains and

evolves Quality Capture standards for all gameplay media material utilized in all Gameplay Trailers.

What youll do

You will be responsible for tracking and maintaining capture tool production protocol,

spearheading communication between the Capture Pipeline Team and Capture Teams,

and collaborating with management to organize high-level feedback for capture tool

produc tion and trailer quality. You will also focus on accurate and timely delivery tracking

for various tool products across Trailer Production. We are looking for individuals

who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are com fortable

managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within marketing and tool environments.

In this role you will

Act as the capture pipeline production primary point of contact for all capture and video teams .

Support all workflows for capture tool & quality production, running projects, task

requests, and maintaining them via the teams project management systems .

Ensure all feedback is routed to pipeline specialists and a time frame is established

with the pipeline manager.

Support coordination of internal and external capture team tool evaluation standups

Ensure all assets have gone through appropriate quality checks and version reviews .

Estimate the time required to complete each task, confirming assumptions and expectations with the team to assist when parallel pathing against Live Product Development and Trailer Production.

Upkeep capture tool analytics documentation

Create and document tool production processes and tool review meetings .

Coordinate with the pipeline manager and capture teams as needed to define asset needs and support production and delivery across all products .

Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with the pipeline team and or video production, if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead/manager

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years doing the work outlined above in a fast-paced graphic and game development environment.

A deep understanding of bug management software , unreal engine, gaming, and/or

project management practice

Ability to drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles , balancing out short term needs and long-term vision.

Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing

problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions .

Strong project management and organizational skills .

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.

Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders , within your team and throughout the company

Youre user-focused, solutions-focused, and innovative , with strong critical

thinking skilld.

Personabledevelops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster

excellent communication

Self-starter able to create tracking systems to ensure the extended teams is updated on project status at all times
