Allucent Talent Acquisition Specialist (United States) in Cary, North Carolina

We are looking for a Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our A-team (hybrid*). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Allucent, you are responsible for coordinating all recruitment and talent acquisition processes and practices of Allucent. This position controls and monitors staff recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and retention.

In this role your key tasks will include:

  • Coordinate the process of job requisitions for Allucent positions

  • Post job requisitions on the Applicant Tracking System, career page and job boards

  • Source and select candidates through job boards, social media and employee referral programs

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates

  • Organize and participate in meetings with hiring managers and department heads

  • Support in recruitment strategy

  • Support in employer branding strategy

Requirements

To be successful you will possess:

  • Life science, healthcare and/or business degree

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong preference for experience in recruitment in clinical research / pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company

  • Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
