Looking for a new challenge in international logistics? Join our FE_WIBU – Water & Industry Business Unit – as part of a new position to support our growth local site within an international environment!
Reporting directly to our Sales Director for Morocco, you will drive project management and logistics coordination between a Global factory set-up and Customers with a clear focus on Customer satisfaction and cash flow management.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Record orders in the local ERP system SMP
Monitor the progress of orders related to manufacturing plants and communicate delivery progress to customers
Finalize the technical project documentation and posting on customer’s platforms
Prepare and draft all documentation regarding the import and shipment cycle
Coordinate the entire flow of orders management, both in terms of intern business functions and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, customs office/forwarding agents
Apply for and manage import licenses with customs/forwarding agents
Follow-up and coordination of customers payments and overdue
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor or Master degree of supply chain, logistics and transport
5 years’ experience at least in logistics and import management and customer service, preferably in industry
Strong interest in mechanical engineering
Knowledge of ERP
Fluent in Arabic, English and French
