Description
We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant who can speak both English and Spanish fluently for an organization in Catasauqua. This individual will support a team, manage office tasks, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients, vendors, and others in both languages.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage files and records
Handle office tasks efficiently
Assist with day-to-day operations
Translate documents as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in administrative role preferred
Familiar with basic office tasks and MS Office
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
