Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is searching for a qualified Maintenance Technician. This person will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining order in the warehouse, offices, lunchroom and bathroom area.
Job Highlights:
Empties all trash cans daily Vacuums carpeting in the offices, halls and bullpen areas Dusts as required Cleans glass doors and windows Assists with snow removal Cleans bathrooms, mops or vacuums as required as well as replenishes paper products Any other general cleaning duties needed in all office areas Wipes down countertops and mops kitchen areas Heavy cleaning projects will also be assigned periodically Supports supplier and keeps kitchen and pantry clean during business hours Other duties as assigned.

Must pay attention to detail and be self-motivated Must be able to work independently and have strong organizational skills Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules.
