Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines to produce electrical connectors according to specifications. Inspect products throughout the production process to maintain high quality and consistency; identify and report any defects.

Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
Utilize basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production tools.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production tools.
Experience with hand tools, calipers, and tape measures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in manufacturing or assembly environments.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment
The position is on the second shift from 2:30pm to 11pm. The work environment includes exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery typical of a manufacturing facility. Employees will receive cross-training on all machines at every part of the production.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centerbrook, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
