Pay Rate: $80,000 depending on experience

Reporting to the Operations Controller, you will lead the accounting team (6+) to ensure timely and accurate completion of the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. You will partner with operations and the corporate office to ensure understanding and compliance with our processes, procedures, and internal controls are understood and implemented. What You'll Do
Manage the daily guidance and development of the accounting and administration team while supporting the operations team
Coordinate, perform, and promote policies, procedures, and internal controls and area specific procedures
Provide in-depth accounting support of all accounting responsibilities: accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable, customer work management, job costing or inventory
Ensure accurate recording and recognition of revenue
Implement process improvements
Help with contract bid preparations
Create contracts and projects within ERP system
Manage bid to contract process within CRM
Understand and ensure execution and compliance to customer contracts
Ensure communication between area operations and our corporate office to fulfill inquiries and requests
Provide financial reports and analysis to area and corporate leadership including project performance variances on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis or as determined by senior management.
Oversee the accounting and administrative staffing needs
Verify internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents
Ensure internal and external audit requests and inquiries have been satisfied
Ensure SOX compliance
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5 years of accounting, administration, operations, or related experience
2+ years of leadership experience in accounting, administration, operations, or related field
