Service Delivery Director (Backend Command Center) – In this role, you will be a technical common center manager overseeing the service and delivery operations of a company, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. It is their duty to streamline service roadmaps, set goals and guidelines, manage budget and schedules, coordinate managers and departments, and develop strategies to optimize operations.

You Will:

  • Responsible for P&L of the accounts managed as well organizing, planning, directing and coordinating overall performance.

  • The role is responsible for managing the data center’s operations / infrastructure / network / server storage/security tools.

  • Strong experiences in delivery operations to meet budget and other financial goals

  • Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to align to business goals.

  • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for all the delivery units.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth in satisfaction index

  • Responsible for effective management of various projects activities and the achievement of business results while ensuring customer and employee satisfaction

  • Establish overall project management strategy and manage project scope.

  • Responsible for periodically assessing the project resourcing and ensuring it is in line with proposed deployment and adequate for project requirements

  • Assess project risks and ensure timely resolution

  • Ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of contracts and SLAs

  • Promote building of team relationships

  • Evaluate and enhance team productivity

You Bring:

  • Bachelor Degree or Master in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT industry / IT outsourcing with proven ability to work in large groups and for large accounts, to lead large teams

  • Should have successfully delivered significant growth to accounts led by him/her.

  • Experience with government sector is preferred

  • Effective interpersonal skills, both written and presentation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems

  • Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory
