TEKsystems Lead Low Voltage Technician in Chandler, Arizona
Description:
Ability to work both indoors and out.
Lead and supervise a team of low voltage technicians.
Ensure that paperwork has been completed correctly and thoroughly.
Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate cabling installation.
Written daily reports to management.
Communicate with management, safety personnel, and the team.
Enforce safety amongst the team.
Daily production and meeting deadlines.
Jobsite meetings and walks with customers.
Training new employees.
Identify issues that will affect the productivity of the team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations.
Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Dexterity, physical strength and physical stamina.
