Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and documentation of business processes using Salesforce.com enterprise applications to meet customer and strategic goals. Develops standards and education programs to support user education and ongoing development. Provides insight and guidance to ensure that Salesforce.com use is optimal and follows industry best practices. Specific responsibilities include:

• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on data quality and exceptional user experience.
• Design, develop, implement, and document innovative best practice Salesforce solutions, involving configuration and customization of Salesforce, creation/refinement of complex data models, automation, integration, other functionality to support evolving business processes.
• Support and assist implementation of integration with other applications.
• Develop and maintain test plans for user interface, user experience, functionality, integration, performance, and reporting testing.
• Execute functional tests, integration, performance, load, and regression tests.
• Perform routine administrative functions in Salesforce orgs, inclusive of app integrations.
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
• Support Change Management efforts, develop end user and trainer training materials.
• Provide problem resolution of customer issues reported via the IT Service Desk System in compliance with applicable SLA (Service Level Agreement). Provide support to junior staff members.
• Maintain professional training and certification requirements.

Requirements: 4 years of experience in job offered or as Software Developer. Must have 4 years of experience (may be gained concurrently with the above experience) in the following:

• Preparing technical and functional specifications within Salesforce application based on user requirements
• Managing Salesforce requirement-gathering documentation
• Designing and developing new Salesforce functionalities
• Analysis, design and development to create automations to save money using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Approval Process, Apex Class, Apex Triggers, Lightning Component, Aura framework
• Programming with Object Oriented programming concept to develop database queries in Salesforce
• Coordinating User Acceptance Tests
• Building detailed Reports and Dashboards
• Working with SOAP, REST and BUILD APIs.

Must have the following certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer
• com Certified Force.com Developer
