We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical integrity to join our dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in ensuring the reliability, safety and performance of mechanical systems and components. This role involves day to day assessing mechanical systems, developing new systems and processes, implementing maintenance strategies to increase uptime and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical Integrity Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of mechanical systems to ensure structural integrity and reliability. Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Inspection and Testing: Oversee regular inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) of mechanical equipment and components to detect any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage.
  • Maintenance Strategy Development: Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs aimed at extending the life of mechanical systems and minimizing downtime.
  • Failure Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of mechanical failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. Document findings and present detailed reports to management.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all mechanical systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Stay updated with the latest codes and standards.
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee mechanical integrity projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities. Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the reliability and performance of mechanical systems.
