Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position primarily involves answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and handling data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs and concerns are addressed effectively

• Perform data entry tasks, accurately entering customer information and order details into the system

• Handle call center customer service tasks, ensuring all calls are answered and no customer is left unattended

• Manage email correspondence, responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner

• Execute order entry tasks, accurately entering and processing customer orders

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and communicated

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and organized

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed and all necessary follow-up is done.

Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service role.

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to correspond professionally via email.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders efficiently.

• Able to schedule appointments and manage calendar effectively.

• Knowledge of the wood and furniture manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
