Robert Half HR Project Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HR Project Manager in the IT Services industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role calls for an individual well-versed in ADP HRIS to help create automation and efficiencies in our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
• Create, implement, and manage HR projects using ADP - Financial Services and ADP - Payroll systems
• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian to enhance HR processes
• Implement Enterprise Resource Planning and HCM strategies to improve HR efficiency
• Utilize 'About Time' and 'Benefit Functions' to manage employee benefits and timekeeping
• Oversee budget processes and compensation administration using ADP Enterprise
• Implement system automation and workflow automation to improve HR processes
• Leverage excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Employ a range of skills, including ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, HCM, About Time, Benefit Functions, Budget Processes, Communication, Compensation Administration, ADP - Payroll, ADP Enterprise, System automation, Workflow automation in daily work. Requirements • Proven experience in HR project management within the IT services industry
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP - Payroll, including ADP Enterprise
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Knowledge of Ceridian application
• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of HCM and About Time software
• Demonstrated ability to manage benefit functions and budget processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in compensation administration
• Proficiency in system automation and workflow automation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
