TEKsystems Network Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description:
Client is looking to hire for a Network Engineer on a three month contract to hire basis.
This person will support the client's network (Route, switch, and wireless), network management tools (client uses Cisco Prime, Solarwinds, PRTG etc.) and will be an escalation point for the Network 2 technician.
Typically, this person will complete about 2-3 tickets per day (Cherwell Ticketing System prioritizes them automatically). Majority of tickets are wireless related; second most popular are configuration issues with IOT devices but could cover anything within networking.
This person will fill a variety of tasks: Networking SME, Wireless resource (Wireless APs, Controller etc), VOIP, and Firewalls.
Work is onsite.
Client offers excellent benefit.
Contract to hire set up. Not available for the C2C or 1099.
