Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position:
- Direct the day-to-day implementation of EPIC’s workforce development initiatives.
This includes the following programs:
The Steps4Growth project funded by the EDA through North Carolina A&T
The EPIC’s efforts for external and internal outreach.
The EPIC Affiliates program.
Support the acting EPIC Executive Director in implementing and leading EPIC’s workforce development programs.
Minimum Experience / Education:
- MS in STEM field and 5 years experience is required
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Preference will be given to applicants who posses the following:
Experience in workforce development or education,
Curriculum development for primary and secondary school, and/or community college level,
Experience working in or with the energy industry.
Supervisory experience.
