**[Position Summary [Assist in assuring the safe and efficient operation of the Production Department, including adherence to production schedules and quality requirements.

• Perform on-the-job training as required.
• Perform all operations and processes in assigned work center.
• Communicate all quality, safety, and customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner.
• Meeting cycle time requirements.
• Perform all tasks as per Standardize Work Instructions (SWI) and perform repairs on minor quality defects as required.
• Support shift rotation schedules as required.
• Support on going plant initiatives including 5S, ITAF, ISO 14001, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Basic knowledge of identification of risk and hazard, and environmental aspects/impacts.
• Comply with Environmental and HSE FAS policy.
• Report the hazards, risks, environmental aspects and impacts of your area.
• Supports activities to achieve environmental and safety objectives and goals.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
