WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Visual Merchandising manager of the city cluster, you are responsible for adapting and scaling visual merchandising, product presentation, and styling strategies that elevate the consumer experience across our retail concept stores. You will lead the team to apply the vision across owned and partner doors. You are responsible for ensuring we deliver strategies, plans, tools, and training on time. In partnership with your extended team, you must be connected to the retail marketplace to understand consumer, marketplace, and retail trends and insights to ensure you deliver the right message.

Nike’s Connected Ecosystem of Sport in the City. On their terms through VM, engage the consumer in the city and move them from consumer to Athlete, Athlete to member to meet Highly engaged members.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • In charge of the marketplace through consumer-led concepts in the city cluster.

  • Scale and execute long and short-term Visual Merchandising strategies for city cluster-oriented and plans to deliver the marketplace vision for retail concepts.

  • Give the input for tools by city cluster to enable the territories and cities to execute the vision for stores

  • Manage product presentation-related projects for city special events, store openings, and remodels and ensure that projects are completed.

  • Drive visual merchandising excellence and deliver operational excellence

  • Win in CY city Cluster -CD/CQ & XIAN etc. and key trade zone, Scale to other cities

  • Lead, develop and energize teams across City Clusters and stores

  • Build and foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and growth

  • Proactively partner to capture & apply consumer-first, data-driven retail insights.

You will coach, mentor, and lead a team of professional 2 & Professional 1 across the marketplace, focusing on maximizing their potential while supporting their career development. In this role you will be expected to leverage and apply Leadership frameworks and principles to create inspirational and challenging goals and plans that drive growth for yourself, your team, and the business.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Typically requires 8 year of Visual merchandising or brand marketing experience, at least 3-5 years of leading a high-performing team and managing cross-functional relationships

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and compelling presentation skills, fluent in oral & written English is a plus

  • Agile, flexible, and creative thinker, self-motivated, and have a strong passion for making things happen

  • A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills and able to work within complex company matrix

  • Have good judgement and able to stand up to the challenges from your leaders and peers
