Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
Summary:Acting as Single point of contact to Internal & External Customers for Samples in IMEA. Learn Commercial Knowledge, Business & Products.
Responsibilities Include:
Proficient in SAP SD(Order Management Process) - Fluent English-Proficient in Microsoft word & basic proficiency in Excel.
Significant customer relations experience in complex international and ever-changing environments;
Export Order Management Exposure.
Handling of Order Management process in International work Environment
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Bachelor Degree with 2 – 4 years of Customer Service Experience or similar Positions.
ERP SAP SD Module Exposure.
