Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with service providers for timely delivery of various assigned tasks such as repair & maintenance, improvement works etc.,

  • TBT for all associated team members and emphasizing the safety concern based on the job allocation.

  • Attend safety committee meetings

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite,Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system. Working knowledge of asset management, property management, leasing, disposition, and construction.

  • Ensure 100% legal compliance

  • Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.

  • To generate data/ reports on equipment’s, spares and consumables required for the electromechanical services.

  • Coordinating with Stores and managing the indents and follow up for spares & consumables requirements are maintained to ensure smooth operation.

  • Complaint handling and customer satisfaction.

  • To ensure all the standard operating procedures, standards and Engineering guidelines are followed.

  • Carried out SO and SIOD rounds and updated as per schedule.

  • To ensure industrial safety in the operation and maintenance front for the machines and for the people as well.

  • To update the building in charge on the day to day operation and maintenance of the building.

  • To ensure there is no oil spill and any leakage inside the lift pit and immediately attended.

  • To ensure efficient operation with no environmental pollution.

  • To ensure PPE are used by all employees and Safety observation and Safety inspector of the day rounds are taken as per schedule.

  • To handle all emergencies and rescue operations in his capacity viz. lift stuck-up, fire alarm, earthquake, flooding etc.

  • To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same. Bring the same to the notice of management as required & follow engineering guidelines and Safety management system.

  • Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time.

  • Ensure Daily elevator log reports are verified.

Follow-up with service providers and ensure 100% adherence of PPM activities as per schedule.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech - Electrical or Mechanical

Experience: 5 to 10 Years in Elevator Background is must

Should be strong in technical skills and communication ( English, Regional Language)
