Aventure Staffing IT Technician in Cherokee, Iowa
IT Technician
$20-$26/hour DOE
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Aventure Staffing is partnering with a family owned and operated company in Cherokee, IA to hire an IT Technician. If you have strong computer and phone networking skills, a passion to help and teach others, and strong problem solving skills, this may be the position for you!.
Responsibilities:
Develop and service networks including phone and internet
Complete network upgrade and maintenance activities without interruptions
Set up workstations and other necessary equipment
Provide training for employees on daily operation of their office equipment
Diagnose and resolve problems within the network/equipment
Maintain all records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of network security experience
Minimum 2 years of server management experience
Experience with all Microsoft programming
Sound understanding of local area networks, office equipment, printers, etc.
Knowledge of software applications and operating systems
Ability to teach, train, and guide others
