Our client is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to take on day to day responsibilities assisting with HR processes. The Human Resource Coordinator will be working for a very interesting company that touches many lives. You will be handling full cycle recruiting of administrative staff as positions become available. You will onboard new hires for this growing organization, report HR data analytics, assist with benefit conversations, update HRIS system regarding employee data changes, coach and guide supervisors regarding training and development, administers workman's comp, and participate in leadership meetings. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for administrative staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Assist with HR policies and procedures.

• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Assist employee with benefit plan discussions

• Maintain and update the HRIS system with employee onboarding changes and other relevant information.

• Guide supervisors on training and development programs for employees.

• Administer worker's compensation claims, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and accurately.

• Participate in leadership meetings, providing updates and feedback on HR matters.

• Assist with administration of benefits, including COBRA and Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting.

• Guide and assist in employee training and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or similar

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting

• Experience in handling Worker's Compensation claims

• Proven track record in Employee Training

• Knowledgeable in Benefits

• Exposure to Cobra Administration and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
