Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of cloud/devops engineers, offering technical guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, software developers, DevOps, and security, to design and implement cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely incident resolution by collaborating with support and operations teams as needed.
Optimize and fine-tune cloud environments to ensure maximum performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Implement and enforce cloud security measures, including identity and access management, data encryption, and vulnerability assessments, to safeguard the integrity of cloud services.
Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's cloud strategy.
Actively participate in developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based services (SLAs).
Collaborate with cloud service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall cloud service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 - 10+ years) in systems and cloud engineering, with a focus on designing and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure, with minimum 4 years experience working with Azure
Strong understanding of cloud computing and hands-on experience of migrating workloads to Azure.
Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and hands-on experience with cloud services, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
Experience building cloud automation, including CD/CI pipelines.
Good scripting skills in PowerShell for Azure. Ability to create complex automation scripts
Experience of working with Virtual Machines, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, App Service, Scale Sets, Azure DevOps, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Azure Backup, Azure storage, Application Gateway, Azure DNS, Load Balancer.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
Expertise in creating/updating/maintaining IaC templates
Experience building High Availability/Fault Tolerant Systems
Experience working in an Agile SCRUM environment
Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Experience with monitoring tools.
Experience with Windows and Linux platforms
Good working knowledge of Azure Policy and understanding of cloud governance.
Proficient at multitasking and proactive in work responsibilities
Additional Skills:
Working knowledge of at least one configuration management tool, such as Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet
Working experience with JavaScript Frameworks (Angular), RESTful APIs, JSON and XML
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, automating its deployment and configuration(manifests/helm/Docker/etc.)
Possess an understanding of system testing including platform, integration, load testing.
Ability to write technical documentation (platform architecture, strategy, etc.)
Ability to work on multiple concurrent complex projects and to coordinate the work of others in the cloud environment.

Position Summary
Lead Engineer Software architects, designs, and develops software that support the business units (Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.) in the Company; systems and software include CRM, Business Intelligence, and other strategic custom software applications. The Lead Software Engineer serves as the project lead for small to mid-sized projects and primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Will manage stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions, write and review code.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Software Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy code for the Company's technology platforms
Work with leadership to develop a technology roadmap for specific projects and systems
Plan and execute efforts to address technical debt for legacy systems and processes
Share acquired skills/knowledge with team members and mentor junior engineers
Architect, develop and maintain services, business objects/APIs on .NET and SQL server platform
Work with many technologies and serves as the subject matter expert on select technologies or platforms
Engage directly with the business stakeholder and is the bridge between the business and the technical team
Guide the software development of custom application, CRM, business intelligence and IT strategic projects
Own small to mid-sized system
Project Leadership
Lead efforts to gather and convert Business Requirements into Functional Designs and Wireframes
Architect and develop solutions for complex business problems
Provide guidance to a team of software developers and testers
Develop and enforce software development best practices
Lead code reviews and technical exchange sessions
Manage the development and maintenance of technical documents
End User Support
Triage and troubleshoot issues with users
Support user training and onboarding activities
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Management Information Systems, Computer Science
3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Significant and recent development experience and expertise C#, .NET, ASP.net, SQL, AJAX, JavaScript
Prior consulting experience is a big plus
