This position is in-office full-time, non-exempt position, full benefits, and competitive compensation (ranging from \$140K-\$150K).

Required Skills and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 5-10+ years of staff management experience, including HR functions in a law firm
• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirement.
• This manager will be overseeing 20+ legal secretaries in Chicago
• Coordinating assignments for legal secretaries, monitoring workflow, assisting with professional growth plans
• Collaborate with the HR department, recruiting new talent, reviewing job descriptions, interviewing talent, assist with the hiring of talent and onboarding.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed, ie: IT, Finance, Office Services, Facilities, etc.
