Job Title: Project Administrative AssistantJob Description

Seeking a dedicated Project Administrative Assistant to support engineering and construction projects by assisting the Project Manager and the project team. The role involves providing administrative support, organizing and maintaining project files, tracking project statuses, and managing project communications. You will also handle data entry, maintain financial records, record meeting minutes, and coordinate meetings and presentations. The role requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring smooth project operations.
