Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will perform quality assurance testing using gauges, micrometers, and calipers, understanding the difference between ten thousandths (.010) and one thousandth (.001). You will review production orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of plastic containers to coordinate department operations. Your role includes observing and recording production operations, actively participating in monthly shift meetings and employee training sessions, and inspecting machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. Additionally, you will observe workers, molding machinery, and conveyors to ensure compliance with safety standards and operating efficiency, and communicate the results of any testing that pertains to non-conforming products.

You will be working in a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment filled with high-speed conveyors and various press machines. The team consists of 5-10 members.
