Our client is a contract development, manufacturing, and packaging company with a focus on semi-solid, cream, liquid, and alcohol products. They have an unparalleled ability to completely meet and typically exceed our clients' needs and expectations. They’ve specialized on semi-solids, creams, liquids, and alcohol products since their inception.

Located in Chicago, IL

Pay : $18-$20/hr

Type : Contract to hire

Schedule : M-F 1 st shift (8a-4:30p)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related science

  • 0-2 years of laboratory experience, either undergraduate or industry experience

  • Be able to learn HPLC, GC, IR, UV, pH meter, Viscometer, Lab Balance.

  • Understand cGMP & SOPs as related to quality control.

  • Perform basic lab testing and packaging In-Line checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all raw materials and finished products are compliant with documented specifications and procedures though testing.

  • Works closely with Quality Assurance and Production personnel to ensure a quality product is being assembled as per documented procedures.

  • Accountable for the inspection, testing, and release of all raw materials, in-process materials, and testing of all finished products per documented specifications and procedures.

  • Accountable for release testing for all shipments.

  • Work with Management to improve product quality and assembly execution.

  • Assist with recording and testing customer complaints.

  • File daily paperwork and assist in maintaining all quality records.
