The Coca-Cola Company Senior Director I, Strategic RGM, Nutrition in Chicago, Illinois

The Senior Director, Strategic Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Nutrition - North America, will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive RGM strategy for our North America Juice portfolio. This role is instrumental in steering our business towards sustainable growth by optimizing our offerings through OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, and Channel) frameworks, Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), and enhancing our Capabilities and Tools. This dynamic leader will play a dual role of setting a strategic portfolio vision for RGM and a player/coach, knitting together the RGM community across Routes to Market while directly managing our Chilled and Shelf Stable RGM initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a robust RGM strategy for our Juice portfolio in North America, ensuring a cohesive approach across all routes to market.

  • Implement and optimize the OBPPC model to ensure our offerings are perfectly aligned with consumer needs and market dynamics while maximizing revenue and profitability.

  • Drive advancements in Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), fostering a data-driven culture that elevates promotional efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Cultivate and enhance RGM capabilities across the organization, equipping teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and processes to drive profitable growth.

  • Serve as a bridge connecting the RGM community, ensuring a seamless flow of insights, best practices, and strategies across channels and routes to market.

  • Directly oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Chilled and Shelf Stable RGM function, championing innovation and efficiency, while leading annual and long-range sources of growth (SOG) and price pack planning.

  • Collaborate closely with the global RGM community, leveraging international insights and frameworks to inform and enrich North America Nutrition strategies.

  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team of dotted-line reports, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic roles within the CPG industry, with a significant focus on Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, and Advanced Analytics.

  • Proven expertise in implementing OBPPC frameworks and conducting Trade Promotion Optimization in a complex, multi-channel environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of the CPG industry's dynamics, particularly within the Nutrition and Beverage segments, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, capable of influencing teams and individuals towards achieving strategic objectives while being an individual contributor.

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, with proficiency in utilizing advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and building powerful, persuasive narratives.

  • Agile and adaptable, capable of navigating ambiguity and leading change in a fast-paced setting.
