Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.
Responsibilities:
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack
Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Automates manual release activities
Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)

LOB Specific Job Description:
Senior lead on an enterprise integration team that develops reusable components and uses them to build highly available, resilient solutions. The position requires hands on design and development, and tech leadership & mentoring of junior resources. The resource will interface with other senior developers, as well as technology and business executives.

Required Skills
Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, API management, and integration.
Expertise in designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Strong background in building integration solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring seamless connectivity between various enterprise systems.
Proficiency in data transformation using DataWeave and other MuleSoft components.
Experience with ESB concepts, design, and implementation using MuleSoft. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of security protocols and practices including OAuth, SAML, and JWT for API security.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment processes.
Ability to perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of MuleSoft applications.
Experience working in Agile development environments, collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the agility to debug and resolve complex integration issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, are highly desirable
