Job Title: Billing Contractor

• Location:Onsite Cincinnati, OH-45202
• Duration:6 Month Contract (35 Hours Per Week)
• Openings:2
• Pay Rate:$35/hr - $50/hr (Based on experince)

Join our passionate team of analysts, data scientists, marketing consultants, and media strategists as we transform the industry. Responsibilities:

• Support the account management and accounts receivable teams in successfully invoicing clients.
• Revise invoices promptly as needed.
• Address client inquiries regarding invoice status, payment, and timing.
• Generate reports to track payment status for clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients for delinquent invoices.
• Lead office hours with the AR team to troubleshoot invoice issues.
• Review Insertion Orders (IOs) to ensure alignment with media plans and forward them to Contracts Support for approval.
• Update billing information within KPM's platforms when changes occur on invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role with project leadership.
• Accounting background (experience with Salesforce and D365 is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
