Robert Half Client Service Coordinator - Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio

Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role primarily involves managing the front desk operations and providing administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including answering phones, coordinating meetings, and assisting in event planning. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and requires on-site presence five days a week for 30/hours a week.

Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations including answering inbound calls and distributing incoming mail • Coordinate meetings and conference calls, ensuring all details are efficiently handled • Assist in event planning and execution, contributing to successful branch events • Support the Operations Leader and advisors with administrative tasks as needed • Handle financial record keeping and processing expense reports with accuracy • Order and maintain supplies and stationery, keeping track of inventory • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required • Support in advertising and sending out regional webinar invitations for the branch • Maintain attendance records for branch meetings • Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks, demonstrating proficiency in software use. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in the role of Front Desk Coordinator or similar administrative roles

• Proven skills in operations and workstation support

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and coordinating conference calls

• Experience in scheduling, event planning and coordinating meetings

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks and prepare expense reports

• Competency in typing, filing, record keeping and distributing incoming mail

• Skilled in managing advertisements, licensing, webinars and invitations

• Capable of leading special projects and executing them onsite

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven track record of consistent attendance

• Ability to plan and lead special projects

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
