Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our quality control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. * Prepare and maintain accurate records of laboratory findings. * Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. * Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address and resolve any quality issues. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency. * Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to safety regulations. Qualifications: * Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
