Provide administrative support to assigned programs to include reporting and data analysis, contact with patients, families, staff and/or others throughout the organization, and coordination of meetings, publications or other events to ensure fulfillment of the program objectives.Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree preferred. | A minimum of five year's experience preferred.Coordinate data pulled from various systems (MIDAS, Press Ganey, Cipher Health, etc.). analyze, and provide feedback to leaders on trends to drive performance improvement as it relates to the patient experience. Coordinate and perform activities to support initiatives aimed to improve the patient and family experience across the UC Health enterprise (WCH, Drake, & UCMC). Maintain organizational knowledge to ensure communication on both internet and intranet platforms is accurate and updated for patient experience and PFAC sites. Prepare agendas and minutes of assigned teams and ensure all members receive communication as appropriate.
