JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
An initial project would be helping the company transition to paperless
Handle all accounts payable duties
Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for projects
Provide financial analysis
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project financial goals are met
Prepare and review project invoices and ensure timely payment
Assist with project audits and compliance
Assist with payroll
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Proven experience as a Project Accountant or similar role
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and tracking expenses
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
CPA preferred but not required
