Please review the following job description:

Oversee and manage the profit, growth, risk management and operations of Level II RBC.

Provide leadership, direct supervision, coaching and training to all teammates in Regional Business Center. Develop and lead RBC team to achieve asset quality objectives, underwriting/risk metrics and growth objectives across large multi-state geographic markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Risk Management / Portfolio Performance: Ensure strict compliance to all guidelines, policies and procedures through effective risk management and monitoring in all areas of RBC operations (Credit / Funding / Marketing). Provide guidance and training to ensure Center meets all State and Federal Regulatory and Compliance standards.

  2. Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and lead all teammates within the Regional Business Center to ensure a positive teammate engagement environment. Provide direct guidance to direct teammates to ensure all designated responsibilities and duties are accomplished per Truist standards. Mentor all lines of management (Area Sales Manager, Senior Credit Manager & Loan Processing Manager) as direct reports to develop through Truist standards for growth and development.

  3. Sales and Dealer Relations: Oversee and manage all Dealer Relations and marketing activities (both internal and external) encompassing assigned Regional Business Center Territory. Provide leadership, management and introduction of all Truist Products through IRM and other avenues to our client dealer base. Build and Strengthen dealer client relationships to increase production, market share and profitability. Serve as point of contact for regional and multi-state dealer groups in service of DRS National accounts team.

  4. Credit and Compliance Management: Provide training and guidance to all credit staff to ensure compliance with all established guidelines and policies. Review and provide extensive training related to all formal audits (internal, state and federal regulatory) to ensure compliance.

  5. Loan Process Management: Work with Loan Processing teammates and leadership to ensure compliance to all guidelines and policies. Ensure that all funded loans are accurate and prevent any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation as this is our most crucial line of defense in Risk Management.

  6. Mentorship: Assist region manager and RAC COO in mentoring and guiding less seasoned junior managers across RBC network.

  7. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s): Manage Regional Business Center sales effort to ensure that all designated KPI’s are achieved as presented by Senior Management. Participate in establishing KPI goals, conducting frequent sales meetings with all departments and providing leadership to ensure all goals are accomplished.

  8. Other Critical Tasks and Duties assigned including, but not limited to all Human System issues of center and its teammates (performance accountability and reviews, scheduling, discipline etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, or equivalent education, training or industry related experience

  2. Minimum of 8 years management experience of managing large Regional Business Center

  3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in auto finance industry

  4. Outstanding facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Demonstrate a high level analytical ability with excellent problem solving skills

  6. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

  7. Strong Sales and communication skills

  8. Ability to work with limited supervision, self-motivated

  9. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft products

  10. Ability to manage, engage and motivate large teams in both office and remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Established Dealer client relationships within territory of RBC

  2. Excellent presentation skills

  3. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
