UC Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor, Endoscopy in Cincinnati, Ohio
UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Endoscopy Department, First Shift 7am-5:30pm at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Endoscopy Unit is a robust and popular Endoscopy Unit that serves both inpatient and outpatient populations. Procedures performed include, but not limited to, EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Bronchoscopy, and Endoscopic Ultrasounds.
The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will also assist with cost containment and manage all employees to do the same. The position requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills.
